These terms apply when you use the Ledgerise website at ledgerise.dev. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
The site is operated by Vendex Platforms Limited (RC8392491). Ledgerise is a product of Vendex Platforms Limited. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Vendex Platforms Limited.
These terms do not license the software
Nothing on this site grants a right to use the Ledgerise software or to receive any service. Ledgerise is licensed, and Ledger Assurance is provided, only under a separate written agreement with us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies to the software and services it covers.
Information on the site
- Figures, records and accounts shown on the site are sample data for demonstration. They are not customer data or customer results.
- The site describes the product in general terms. We confirm what is covered for your systems during scoping, and features and integrations can change.
- Ledger Assurance is in early access, and its availability and scope are not guaranteed by anything on this site.
- Nothing on the site is accounting, audit, legal, tax or regulatory advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, interfere with how it runs, try to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system, or send us harmful or misleading information through its forms.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design and the Ledgerise name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content commercially without our written permission. Other product names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners, are used only to identify those products, and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.

The site links to and uses services we do not control, including our documentation and blog hosts and our booking and form providers. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
No warranty
We provide the site as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
