This policy explains how Vendex Platforms Limited (RC8392491) handles personal data collected through the Ledgerise website at ledgerise.dev. We are the data controller for that data.
What this policy does not cover
Ledgerise is deployed on infrastructure each customer controls, so we do not host customers' transaction data, and each customer is responsible for the data in their own deployment. The use of the software, including its licence check-in, is governed by the customer's written agreement with us, not by this policy.
What we collect
- Enquiries When you use the enquiry form: your work email, and any company name, monthly transaction volume, area of interest and message you choose to give.
- Bookings When you book a demo: the details you enter in the booking form, handled by Cal.com.
- Advertising measurement The site uses the Google Ads tag, which records visits and clicks on our booking buttons so we can measure our advertising. Google may use cookies and collect information such as your IP address and device details.
- Technical data Our web server and service providers may process technical data such as your IP address, browser and pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. The Cal.com booking script may set a security cookie.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo, as steps you ask for before any contract, and in our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To measure our advertising, in our legitimate interest in understanding what brings people to the site, or with your consent where the law requires it.
- To run and secure the site, in our legitimate interest in keeping it working and safe.
We do not sell your personal data.
